This historical picture illustrates the Rhode Island Jewish working men in front of the State House in the early 1900’s. A panoramic picture was very rare because it took so long to expose film in those days. However this rare picture has a hidden curiosity to it. Can you find it? Please notice the 2 young boys randomly amongst the older gentlemen. A closer look shows that it is the same boy! The picture was probably taken in 2 or 3 parts. Our little friend must have run to the other side to get his picture taken twice!
Our goal is to identify the little boys in this picture. We would also like to identify the men in this picture. If you can positively identify any of these Jewish Businessmen, Please let us know!
